Jeg er f\u00f8r st\u00f8dt p\u00e5 s\u00e5dan en bandit, men aldrig k\u00f8bt en, ej heller smagt den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter at set p\u00e5 k\u00e5len hver gang jeg \u00e5bnede mit k\u00f8leskab, sagde jeg h\u00f8jt: Alt kan jo syltes s\u00e5 nu skal der g\u00f8res k\u00e5l p\u00e5 Glask\u00e5len.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En hurtig s\u00f8gning p\u00e5 internettet viste at k\u00e5len er en god kilde til C-vitamin, samt et indhold af A og B-vitamin. Alts\u00e5 en rigtig skolevitaminbomber: A-B-C.<br>Indholdet byder ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 flere mineraler blandt andet calcium, kalium og magnesium, iflg. Dansk Gartneri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dansk Gartneri skriver endvidere at glask\u00e5len har et mindre lysegr\u00f8nt fast hoved, som faktisk er plantens opsvulmende st\u00e6ngel, der vokser over jorden. H\u00e6ld en lille sjat Atamon i glasset inden det lukkes. Lad sylten st\u00e5 i mindst fjorten dage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\" style=\"font-size:14px\"><table class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fcb90021\"><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>TIPs &amp; TRIXs<\/strong><\/td><td>Lad sylteglassene st\u00e5 og k\u00f8le af til n\u00e6ste dag. Bruger du Weck sylteglas, som jeg, s\u00e5 glasset p\u00e5 hovedet og tjek at gummiringen sidder korrekt og at glasset er t\u00e6t.<br>Skyld glasset under varm vand, det kan v\u00e6re lidt fedtet og Atamon giver hvide skjolde n\u00e5r det t\u00f8rre p\u00e5 glas.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table has-medium-font-size\"><table class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#b6c574\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>ANVENDELSE<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Syltet Glask\u00e5l var nydt for mig, men fandt nydelse efter f\u00f8rste bid. Skar de syltede klodser af glask\u00e5len i mindre stykker og brugte dem p\u00e5 toppen af en salat p\u00e5 det jeg havde i k\u00f8leskabet. Den rundh\u00e5ndede tilstedev\u00e6relse af spidskommen bragte glask\u00e5len til nye h\u00f8jder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Find selv din egen kombination med syltet glask\u00e5l, det n\u00e6ste jeg vil pr\u00f8ve, er sammen med yoghurt smagt til med Dijonsennep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">** opskrift p\u00e5 &#8220;Min Hummus&#8221; f\u00f8lger snarest, hvis jeg da ikke sylter det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c1060788e0bf5b71f74db3675c20de12\"><strong>SMAGSNOTER<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>Man bliver m\u00f8dt at en neutral k\u00e5lsmag ved f\u00f8rste bid, men en overraskende spr\u00f8dhed.
